From the Owner

Providing exterior cleaning, pressure washing, and surface renewal services for 20+ years.

I began pressure washing in 1996 after moving to Wilmington, NC. Within a few years, I became more proficient than the companies I worked for and realized I could offer a level of attention, care, and presence that customers truly appreciated — whether at residential homes or commercial properties.

Over time, I developed a steady and consistent method of washing that adjusts both water pressure and cleaning solution strength to match the specific surface being cleaned. Every job is completed with curated care to avoid damage to landscaping, fixtures, and the surrounding areas of the property.

I’ve lived in Jacksonville, NC since 2013 and started a pressure washing business here as well — Dean Propst Pressure Cleaning — serving homeowners and businesses throughout the region. Today, I travel up and down the coastal areas of southeastern North Carolina, renewing and maintaining the appearance of my clients’ properties as a comprehensive Exterior Surface Cleaning and Renewal Service.
